As a former Royal Marines instructor, I spent most of my military career in training and development.
Moving around the country every two years into new and different training roles from, delivering NVQ’s to new recruits through to providing communication and negotiation lectures to senior Officers.
In my final two years of service, I led a team of mental health practitioners along side my instructing role. Leading this team, I found a new passion outside of the normal military subjects.
Combining experience and new knowledge I left the service to pursue my newly found passion.
I successfully completed the CMI L5 Coaching and Mentoring course to further build communication skills and the APM Project Management Qualification to aid in developing long term planning and delivery.
Competent in delivering First Aid (Highfields accredited), Mental Health, Safeguarding and can provide a Personal Coaching Service.
I enjoy volunteering at my local Air Cadets, passing down my military experience and management and leadership knowledge to the younger generation.
